Device and Log Information. We may receive technical information such as IP address, device type, operating system, application version, device identifiers, and diagnostic information. This information is used to operate, secure, and improve the Services.

Camera, Photos, and Microphone. If you grant permission, Plantino may access your camera, photo library, or microphone when necessary for features you choose to use.

Notification Information. If you enable notifications, we receive the information necessary to deliver Plantino reminders and messages to your device.

Subscription Information. If you purchase a subscription, we receive information about the status of your subscription and entitlement. Payments are processed by the applicable app store. Plantino does not receive your full payment card information.

Website Analytics and Cookies. Our website (plantino.ai) uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site, such as pages viewed, approximate location (country or city), device and browser type, and which links and buttons are used. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies, and Google processes this information on our behalf. We do not use it for advertising. Plantino uses artificial intelligence and automated systems to provide features such as plant identification, photo analysis, conversational responses, voice interactions, and Plantling generation.

To provide these features, content you choose to submit may be processed by service providers acting on Plantino's behalf.
